Ozonated oils are created by infusing pure, organic oils (like olive, coconut, and jojoba) with activated oxygen (ozone, O₃). Think of it as giving our already amazing oils a supercharged oxygen boost! This process creates beneficial compounds that are stored within the oil called Ozonides and peroxides, enhancing its natural properties for various skin and wellness applications.
We select high-quality organic oils known for their beneficial properties. This includes olive oil, known for its moisturizing benefits; coconut oil, valued for its purifying properties; and jojoba oil, which closely resembles the skin's natural sebum.
To maintain their maximum potency and freshness, NOZONE ozonated oils should be stored in a refrigerator. This ensures the integrity of the activated oxygen compounds and extends the product's shelf life. However, it can be hard to apply since the cream becomes solid. You can also store it in your cool house away from direct sunlight if you use it frequently. The consistency at room temperature will be similar to a balm.
Our ozonated oils have a defined shelf life. Please refer to the product packaging for the "best by" date. Note that if you keep it in a refrigerator, the life can be extended further than this.
We are committed to using high-quality ingredients. We only use organic oils and high-quality ozone.
The texture of our ozonated oils varies depending on the base oil, but they are generally balmy or smooth. Ozonated oil has a distinct aroma, often described as fresh. However, some people do find the smell too intense. Worst case scenario, you can use it as a kid deterrent on those I don’t want to be around kid days.
